Any ecommerce business owner doing €10K–€75K per month in net profit, running a Shopify or WooCommerce store in health, wellness, sports, supplements, or related niches. They need to be open to a conversation about selling.
Within 30 days of the acquisition closing. Wire transfer to your bank account. No earn-out, no holdback, no conditions tied to post-acquisition performance.
Not unless you tell them. We keep referral sources confidential by default, so our first approach will not name you. If the seller asks directly how we found them, we answer honestly.
First referral wins. If we already had a conversation with that seller before your referral, it does not qualify. We track by date of first contact.
No limit. Refer as many qualified sellers as you want. Every closed deal earns €5,000.
Your referral is tracked from the moment you submit it. Even if the deal takes 6 months to close, you still earn your €5,000 when it does.
